"Within minutes of me sending an email on a Friday afternoon, with photos of windscreen damage, Sandy Warren called me, then a glass company, then me again, in order to get it repaired the same afternoon. Repair was needed quickly as I was returning the car at the end of the lease that weekend. I can hardly believe that it was all done and repaired within 2 hours of my initial email. "I've been with State Farm for 45 years, and ended my relationship today because this office failed. My bill is $600 more than what they quoted me, and they blamed it on a "glitch" with no apologies, and they couldn't have cared less that I'm leaving."
