Been with this company fire awhile with mostly no issues however today I had a horrible trying to use the roadside assistance I thought I was paying for. I made a payment and was told my policy was active, but when I tried to request help, both the app and website blocked me. Customer service said my policy hadn’t been reinstated even though they saw my payment and told me I’d have to pay out of pocket.
I specifically confirmed during the payment that everything would be reactivated, but now I’m being told it wasn’t processed correctly. I’m stranded without access to my car or extra funds, and none of this was communicated upfront. This is one of the most frustrating and poorly handled situations I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I reached out to John who says nothing could be done until Monday. I needed this resolved immediately, and I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.
